Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible, or fill out a Contact form with the order number.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to request a return.


Returns

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 working days from the date you received your order to request a refund, and another 14 days to return the products.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging in order to be refunded. Please make sure all pieces are individually wrapped and secured with packing chips to avoid damage.

As a very small business, I am unable to provide free return labels or cover the shipping costs for returning the items (unless the item arrived damaged).

To request a return, please reply to the order completed email, or fill out a Contact form with the order number.

If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and attach it to an email, and send an email to erin.haynes.art@gmail.com to let me know of the damaged items. A replacement or refund will be issued.
